Jeffrey Sachs: Protectionism will backfire on the U.S.

Ironically, Sachs says Trump's protectionism could inadvertently strengthen the Chinese economy and push China and Europe closer together. "The world is not a zero-sum struggle," he continues, adding that open trade between the U.S. and China has been mutually beneficial for both sides for decades.
