Lift, tone, and strengthen your lower body with this 40-minute Glute Lift & Thigh Sculpt Workout! This Pilates-inspired strength workout combines controlled, effective movement patterns with optional dumbbells and a Pilates ball to target your glutes, inner thighs, outer thighs, hamstrings, and deep core. The result is a challenging lower-body workout that helps build strength, improve stability, and create strong, sculpted muscles. I'm using 5 lb dumbbells for this workout, but feel free to go heavier, lighter, or skip the weights entirely. A small Pilates ball is also optional and can be replaced with a cushion or folded towel if needed. I'm also using an optional yoga block for elevation in some of the moves. ✨ In this workout you'll: • Strengthen and lift your glutes • Sculpt and tone your thighs • Improve lower body stability and balance • Build lean muscle with low-impact movement • Engage your deep core throughout Equipment: ✔ Optional Pilates Ball ✔ Optional Dumbbells (I'm using 5 lb weights) ✔ Optional Yoga Block ✔ Exercise Mat This workout includes a warm-up and cool-down and is suitable for a variety of fitness levels.
