This week’s drop brings us back to a more classical Barre feel… with a few spicy little twists ✨ We use a Pilates ball and ankle weights around the wrists to create that subtle, steady fire from the very beginning. The core work may stay in a short range of motion as we lean into the ball, but the burn settles in quickly and stays with us through the flow. Expect a full body sequence where biceps join the work, quads light up early, shoulders get their moment in goddess squat, and triceps close the standing work with love. We also revisit the RDL shape from the past few weeks, this time leveling it up with the Pilates ball under the back heel for an extra challenge.
