Planning Commission Receive the recommendation of the Planning Commission for rezoning of property located at 320 S. Pine from a P-O (Professional Office District) to a R-1 (Single Family Dwelling District). Consider an Ordinance amending the zoning. 4. Consider a no protest and access agreement with Prairie View.
