Discrete-time finite-horizon linear-quadratic optimal control (Elimination of state sequence)
In this video we solve the discrete-time finite-horizon linear-quadratic optimal control problem by eliminating the sequence of states. We end up with an unconstrained quadratic problem, that we can solve easily. The original problem boils down to solving a linear system of equations.
