Kumru Sandwich Recipe

This is a very popular sandwich in Turkey. I hope you enjoy it:) Ingredients: Bread, kasar cheese, sucuk (or pepperoni), sausage slices, pickle slices, ketchup and mayo 1. Put butter on a pan over medium-high heat and toast only one side of bread slices 2. Cook sausage slices until they are browned and curled at the edges. 3. Cook sucuk (you can use pepperoni instead). 4. Put kaşar (kasseri) cheese and wait for it to melt. Wait until it is crisp and brown and flip it with a spatula. 5. Assembly the sandwich. 6.
