Today, we would like to tell you about one of Kashagan’s heroes. He is an EXPERT with a capital E, a pioneer of the project who has devoted a major part of his life to its implementation. Those who were lucky to work with Nurash Azhigaliyev gained an enormous experience. For his subordinates, he is a teacher, a mentor and simply a dear friend. During his years of service, Nurash-aga made a huge contribution in the oil industry as a whole and the North Caspian Project in particular. He has become a well-loved leader and a priceless team member. He acted as a role model for his subordinates as he demonstrated the love for his job and his home country, as well as his 100 % dedication to his life’s work. There is a lot he can be proud of now — his children have carried on with the oil worker dynasty, and the project he treats as his baby keeps growing, developing and operating for the benefit of Kazakhstan!
