Join us for the 7th TURBO CHALLENGE interval workout! Our goal is to burn the maximum number of calories in the shortest possible time :) For the workout to be effective, try to perform it at 100% of your potential :) Workout 7 consists of 4 rounds of 45 seconds of intense work followed by 15 seconds of rest. Each set lasts approximately 7 minutes. I've prepared an additional set for abs at the end. You'll need water and a mat for this workout.
