American Learns Why the "Posh" British Accent Is Disappearing!

Today I'm reacting to Girl Gone London's video about the rise and fall of Britain's famous "posh" accent, also known as Received Pronunciation (RP)! As an American, I've heard this accent in countless British films, TV shows, documentaries, and interviews, but I never really knew where it came from or why it became associated with education, status, and prestige. This video explores how RP developed, why it became so influential, and why modern Britain sounds very different today. Did this video get it right? Do you speak with an RP accent, know someone who does, or think the accent is becoming less common? Let me know in the comments!
