6 months "AJATT / MIA"

Definitely recommend speeding up the video. Wasn't planning on making this public, but why not. Maybe people can offer advice on what I could do better. Also sorry about the webcam mic quality This video was originally titled「6 months "AJATT"」but I've since changed it for 2 reasons: 1) I was never actually doing "true" AJATT, but rather my own variation of it which is very similar to what Matt VS Japan recommends and 2) Matt seems to have started branching away from AJATT and chose to name his altered version of AJATT to the Mass Immersion Approach (MIA) which is much more in line with what I've been doing.
