キタインドハコスッポンの紹介です。

I also posted this on Short. This is an introduction to our idol, the Northern Indian Box Turtle. When you turn it over, you can see flaps under its feet. These protect it from predators and also serve as a box for hibernation. Its yellow spotted pattern looks like a leopard's print, which is pretty and cute. As the name "Northern Indian" suggests, there is also a Southern Indian Box Turtle, but I have never seen one in person. There is also the Burmese Box Turtle, which inhabits Myanmar. It seems that a small number have recently become available. I used to keep one as a pet, and I would like to get another one someday.
