Dwight Lamb's Four Part Waltz with Kristian Bugge - Devon's Tune of the Week 68

My dad Louis and I were very happy to have our very good friend Kristian Bugge of Denmark over for dinner and tunes! We've been really enjoying this lovely four part waltz from Dwight Lamb, so here's all three of us playing it! Dwight was a wonderful fiddler and accordionist from Iowa. He was a master of Missouri style old-time fiddle, but he also had all these great old Danish tunes from his grandfather Chris Jerup that had been lost in Denmark. Kristian and my friend Morten spent a lot of time playing tunes with Dwight and every tune I've learned from his play is just great. Kristian recently digitized some very rare reel-to-reel recordings that Dwight made of his grandfather Chris in the 1950s. You can listen to them online: https://open.spotify.com/album/0ak1aq...
