INGREDIENTS: 20 cm diameter and 10 cm wide mold Caramel: 150 g white sugar (Do not add water) Flan: 300 g sweetened condensed milk 360 g liquid milk 360 g heavy cream 6 eggs 30 g white sugar 30 g powdered milk 15 g or 2 tsp vanilla extract 15 g or 2 tsp rum Preparation: We begin by making the caramel in the mold where we will prepare the flan. Meanwhile, we will place 392 ml of sweetened condensed milk, 392 ml of liquid milk, 5 eggs, 1 tsp or 5 g of vanilla extract, and 1 tbsp or 15 ml of rum in a blender. Blend and pour into the mold, which should have the caramel spread around the entire edge. To cook, place in a water bath on the stovetop or in the oven at 180 degrees Celsius (350 degrees Fahrenheit) for 90 minutes. Refrigerate for 6 hours and unmold.
