Asam sunti merupakan bumbu dapur masyarakat Aceh yg terbuat dari belimbing wuluh yang di keringkan melalui proses penjemuran sinar matahari. Lamanya proses penjemuran bisa 4 sampai 5 hari tergantung pada teriknya panas sinar matahari Asam sunti sering digunakan oleh masyarakat Aceh dalam mengolah aneka masakan dari ikan, daging dan aneka olahan masakan lainya.
