First Dunk to Eastbay in 1 Year
How do you go from your first 10-foot dunk to a 10-foot Eastbay in just one year? In this video, I take you through the entire journey—from testing a 37-inch vertical at Dunk Camp 2025 to reaching a 42.5-inch vertical one year later. Along the way, I landed my first windmill, first 360 windmill, and finally my first 10-foot Eastbay. This wasn't just about learning new dunks. It was about improving my vertical jump, getting stronger, staying consistent, and seeing how far I could push myself in just 12 months. If you're working toward your first dunk, trying to increase your vertical, or just love basketball and dunking content, I hope this video motivates you to keep chasing your own goals. If you enjoyed the video, be sure to like, subscribe, and let me know in the comments what dunk I should chase next!
