Thus, start to add up in your diet plan to stay healthy. #sabzi #moolikepattekisabji​ #digestion​ #winterspecial​ #moolikisabzi​ #moolirecipe​ #sabzi​ #lunch​ #dinner​ #radish​ #leaves​ #mullangi​ #veg​ #recipe​ #palya​ #radishleavesfry​#mullangisoppinapalya Mooli Ki Sabzi Prep time - 10 mins Cooking time - 15 mins Ingredients required to prepare radish palya are: Radish, medium (मूली) - 3 nos Radish Leaves, chopped (मूली पत्ता) - 2 cups Sliced onion 1no Chopped tomato 1no Green Chilli, slit (हरि मिर्च) - 3 nos Salt (नमक) - to taste Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tsp Maggi veg cube 1 Grated coconut 1/2 cup Tempering: Oil Mustered seeds Garlic cloves Curry leaves Heeng (हींग) Asafoetida Method: Wash and peel the radishes. Cut them into dices. Add diced radish and Chopped leaves to the pan and add onion, tomato, slit green chillies, garlic ginger paste, maggi veg cube, salt and water Cover the pan and cook the sabzi on low to medium heat for about 10-12 minutes or until the radishes are tender. Once the radishes are cooked, remove the lid and stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes to let any excess moisture evaporate. Now, add the grated coconut. Stir well. Mix everything thoroughly. Cover and cook them for a minute. Heat oil in a pan. Add Mustard seeds Let them splutter. Add garlic, curry leaves and heeng. Serve hot Mooli Ki Sabzi with roti or paratha.
