Here I am taking a walk in beautiful Cádiz city in Spain (Andalucia) on a summer day in July 2022. I am starting this tour at the Cadiz fish market, which is among the most incredibly authentic markets in Spain. After that I am walking through the city center to show you major shopping and bar streets. Cádiz is a city and port in southwestern Spain and it is one of the oldest continuously inhabited cities in Western Europe, with archaeological remains dating back to the 12th century BC. The city of Cadiz is situated at the end of a peninsula and is surprisingly compact and very easy to navigate, even on foot when you don't have much time. When you take a walk through Cadiz it almost feels as though centuries of history are wandering along with you. The heart of the old city center of Cadiz looks quite Moorish in appearance and is intriguing with narrow cobbled streets opening onto small squares.
