The county has two cities: Siahkal and Deylaman The people of Siahkal are Gilak and speak the Gilak language Siahkal is one of the cities with good climate in Gilan province and also has pristine nature. It consists of almost three areas, which include the alluvial area, which is the result of the mud that the rivers brought with them, as well as the sediments of the sea in ancient times, and the very beautiful foothills area with its abundant beech forests, and also the mountainous area, which is dry for half of the year.
