Ingredients (Pound Cream Cheese Cake): 75 grams of cream cheese (about 1/3 cup) 75 grams of butter (about 1/3 cup) 135 grams of sugar (about 2/3 cup) 3 eggs 1/2 tsp vanilla extract 140 grams of all-purpose flour (about 1 cup + 2 tbs) 1 tsp baking powder Make sure to let the cream cheese, butter, and eggs sit out for a while before using to ensure they reach room temperature for optimal mixing and texture. Cake Pan Size: 22 x 13 x 7 cm (9 x 5 x 3 inch) Baking Time: Bake for 10 minutes at 350°F (180°C), then reduce the temperature to 320°F (160°C) and bake for an additional 30-35 minutes in a preheated oven.
