Cream of Mushroom Pork Chops in Dutch Oven

This easy and simple camping recipe is always a crowd-pleaser. Prep time is short so you can enjoy camping and your company but still feed an army if you need to. Ingredients 2 - pork chops 1 - package of Italian Shake & Bake 1 - onion 1 - bag of small potatoes 1 - can of Cream of Mushroom Soup some mushrooms optionally add carrots too. Brown the pork chops if you wish first then coat them in the Shake & Bake. Throw it all in the dutch oven with 13 cools on bottom and 13 on top and cook for an hour.
