He was an amazing musician, had incredible stage presence and an iconic voice. Last year, I was asked to sing at the Wodecki Twist Festival and the highlight was singing “My Way / Szczęście jest we mine” with his voice. It was a touching moment for me... my only regret was not having the opportunity to record it with him while he was alive. This is when the idea came to record a studio version of this song and this ecording marks the first time I have recorded “My Way “ in the studio and to have Zbignews voice beside me seemed like appropriate time. I wanted it to be the best I could make it as a tribute to Zbigniew Wodecki. His music and voice will live on forever.
