I walked 3km for an egg?! Gudetama Egg-citing Walk 2026 at Punggol Waterway Park & Waterway Point

My friend and I decided to sign up for the Gudetama egg-citing walk that happened on 18 April 2026 for fun. It is our first time joining such events so we were pretty excited about it, especially it was a themed one! Gudetama is an unmotivated and lazy egg and because totally relate to it, we decided to sign up for this walk to get out of our comfort zones and try a new activity. I was initially concerned about the pace of the event but the organisers were kind enough to reassure me before and during the event that this is at everyone’s own pace and its not a competition as well. Prior to the actual walk, we had to collect our goodie bag 1 week earlier and that’s when we found out that there were also mall events going on so we joined in the fun as well. On the actual day, we wore our t-shirts and arrived on the timing we picked. There were many different groups of people, families bringing their little kids, couples, friends/colleagues and some even went on a solo walk to enjoy the nature and the vibes in general. Overall, it was a well-organised event and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and managed to explore the Punggol Waterway Park as well.
