Rutinitas latihan otot setiap pagi
Hallo Sobat semua di manapun sobat berada semoga senantiasa di berikan kesehatan oleh tuhan yang maha esa Rutinitas di pagi hari ini seringkali saya lakukan sebelum berangkat bekerja walaupun hanya 5 sampai 10 menit saya sempatkan untuk melatih otot otot tubuh. supaya otot tidak kaku dan terbiasa melakukan aktifitas yang berat, aktifitas ini saya lakukan hampir setiap hari di pagi hari sebelum mulai aktifitas bekerja dengan latihan seperti pushups mengangkat dumbell latihan triceps latihan biceps latihan punggung atau yang lainnya sehingga menjadi rutinitas setiap hari #gym #workout #workoutmotivation #workoutmusic #bodybuilder #bodybuilding #bodytransformation #strongman #mrolympia #challenge
