http://imdb.me/johnnyalonso   / johnny.alonso   I had the greatest time working on this Seavers reunion. I played the character Mickey, Crissy Seaver's rock n roll boyfriend. Crissy is the youngest Seaver daughter who was played by actress Ashley Johnson. Ashley and I had a lot of screentime together and she was a blast to work with. It blew my mind shooting with Alan Thicke, Joanna Kerns, Kirk Cameron, Tracey Gold and Jeremy Miller - the entire original Seaver family. They were all so nice. As a kid I grew up watching them on television after school so when I worked with them on set they just felt like a familiar neighborhood family to me. Joanna Kerns (Maggie Seaver) cast me for the role of Mickey. I remember reading for Joanna at a casting session in New Orleans and we immediately hit it off. She was so cool to work with. Joanna also directed this reunion special and it was great watching her interact with the cast and crew. A few months after we wrapped she also directed me off site for m ADR session for one of the band scenes and pool hall scenes. It was fun being a part of the Seaver family for this special. A memory I will always carry with me .
