Passen und Ballannahme üben mit dem Passdreieck + Variante zum trainieren mit Gegnerdruck
For this exercise, a triangle is set up with a distance of approximately 15-20 meters between each point. Players stand at each point of the triangle. Using poles, a goal is set up on each of the three sides of the triangle. The exercise begins at one point of the triangle. The player passes the ball through the goal made of poles to the opposite point of the triangle, runs after the ball, and joins the back of the line. The player who received the ball then does the same, passing the ball to the player at the third point, running after her, and joining the back of the line. The key to this exercise is that the players prepare the ball with their first touch so they can pass it cleanly with their second. To train both sides, the exercise should be performed once clockwise and once counter-clockwise. In the next step, the players continue the same sequence, but now they sprint after their own pass, trying to make it difficult for their teammate to receive the ball and create time pressure. It's important that the pass is played sharply and quickly to inject speed into the exercise. The exercise can be made more challenging by making the goal smaller. If the players miss, they can be "punished," for example, by having to do push-ups. As another variation, the players can be instructed not to chase down their pass immediately, but to anticipate and run towards the center of the next sideline, to the next goal, to intercept the pass from their teammate. If they succeed, the player whose pass was intercepted must leave the field and, for example, do push-ups. The player who intercepted the pass joins the group to whom they passed the ball. After a certain amount of time, the direction should be reversed to train both sides. Additional pressure from opponents can also make the exercise more difficult. This can be achieved, for example, by having the player behind the receiving player apply pressure from behind and crowd her.
