Crack an egg into the pan, add a little salt and pepper powder, scramble and fry. Keep aside. In the same pan, sauté grated garlic, chopped shallots, and curry leaves. Add the cleaned dry fish and sauté for 2 minutes. Pour in ¼ tumbler water and cook until the dry fish becomes tender. Add salt, chili powder, pepper powder, and turmeric powder. Mix well. Heat oil in a pressure cooker. Temper mustard seeds, urad dal, cumin seeds, and fenugreek seeds. Add green chilies, dried red chilies, and curry leaves. Sauté well. Add shallots and peeled garlic; sauté until golden. Add drumstick, raw mango, brinjal, and potato. Sauté for 2 minutes.
