TRACKDAY GONE WRONG! Darley Moor Fail & Unexpected Isle of Man TT Adventure

🏍️ TRACKDAY GONE WRONG… BUT THE WEEKEND WASN’T OVER YET! The plan was simple: head to Darley Moor for a trackday, get some valuable seat time ahead of my next race meeting, and continue building confidence despite my ongoing back issues. Unfortunately, things didn’t quite go to plan. After an accident during noise testing first thing in the morning, my back pain flared up badly. I did my best to manage it and even attempted a few sessions throughout the day, but eventually the pain became too much and I had to call it a day. Rather than ending the weekend on a low, our group made a last-minute decision to turn things around with a spontaneous trip to the Isle of Man TT. What followed was an adventure in itself: ✈️ Travel delays 🏍️ Watching incredible TT racing 😅 Taxi dramas 🛂 Border control scanner failures at Manchester Airport 🤕 Managing back pain throughout the journey Despite all the setbacks, plenty of laughs were had along the way and it became one of those weekends we’ll be talking about for years.
