Club Car DS Front Suspension and Steering Rebuild and Alignment

This cart was used and abused in its former life. The whole front end needed to be rebuilt, badly. It was so sloppy, I thought it was going to just shake apart completely. The parts to do it aren't that expensive and it really isn't that hard. Basic tools are all you really need. Note: This is on a late 80's cart (1989 specifically). Some of the suspension parts changed in the early 90s on these carts. Make sure you're getting the right stuff. There are links below to both. After I installed everything, I did find a site that has the entire bushing kit, including the control arm bushings.
