Ported YD100 Motorized Bike
Completely tore the engine down and got numbers of everything and fixed it the best I could. Got port numbers down when I first built the engine but never checked the squish. Squish was 2.2mm, with the yd100s there’s no head gasket so you have to deck the case. However that drops the exhaust and transfers duration but adds intake timing. Raised and ramped the piston .5mm for transfers. Raised exhaust roofer around 1mm to achieve a 90° duration. Intake is still very small so there’s room for improvement there as well as a bigger carburetor.
