Inspired by the boutique studio classes many of us loved, this session combines yoga flow, dumbbells, and bodyweight strength work to build endurance, strength, and stability. Expect a dynamic sequence that will challenge your muscles, elevate your heart rate, and leave you feeling strong. Perfect for former studio regulars who want a sculpt-style workout at home or in the gym.
