Khemka who was transferred for the 50th time in his career, says that politicians cannot treat the country as their 'private property' after winning elections. He was told by politicians that in spite of being given chances, he 'couldn't do anything'. His answer to those who pass such remarks is "I did so much that you are afraid and hence you are compelled to transfer me elsewhere".
