Digging for topaz, citrine and smokey quartz

We had a spare 3 day weekend, and haven't been out looking for crystals all year, so it was a good opportunity while the weather was good to try our luck. after a pretty decent drive we managed to get an hour or so of sieving before the sun went down. a couple of small topaz were found. after another quick morning sieve we decided it was time to explore the granite fields in hopes of finding a pocket of smokey quartz or citrine. we found a couple of promising signs and dug a couple of holes but unfortunately didn't have to much luck.
