Why I chose DJI Osmo Nano over Gopro Hero 13 / 12 / 11

There are so many action cameras right now in the market. GoPro Hero 13, Insta360 Ace Pro 2, DJI Action 6 are the main ones to chose from. But what about smallers cameras like this DJI Osmo Nano or the Insta360 Go Ultra? This video explains why I chose this smaller camera to be my next action cam instead of a GoPro. This video is not sponsored in any way by anyone, I purchased the products myself and my opinion is based on my own experience. If you plan to purchase the DJI Osmo Nano, I would appreciate if you can use my link to help out my channel with a small commission that I receive with each purchase: https://amzn.to/4ofrnEl Here is the official response from DJI support about my complains on the image quality of the DJI Osmo Nano: "You are absolutely right. Your evidence focused on the automatic exposure logic failing to correctly balance highlights (overexposure) and shadows (flat, artificial look), and my team's prior response did not address the core issue you demonstrated. I want to assure you that your original, detailed report on the need to improve the automatic handling of highlights and shadows in backlit scenes has been permanently escalated and submitted to our engineering team as feedback for future firmware and product improvements. While we do not have a guaranteed timeline for when a fix for the auto-exposure algorithm will be released, your footage and persistent feedback are critical data points for the development team. I have ensured this ticket is tagged internally to track any developments related to the exposure and shadow compensation logic."
