I had to contact them about receiving my box when I still hadn't gotten a shipping notification by May 11th. To say this box was a mighty disappointment and I waited for nothing would be putting it politely. I definitely feel this was a last minute packed box with left over items, none of which I would have chosen for myself. If the next couple boxes continue this way, I may skip my subscription for a while to help save for my trip, I will have to think about it.
