Well of Being Wednesdays - Three Precious Pills

☀️ Support SFDC and Eve here: https://sfdharmacollective.org/donate ☀️ Eve begins by discussing Wangyal Rinpoche's description of the pain identity: falling away from our deeper nature and getting caught up in projecting an identity. He prescribes coming back into wholeness through Soul Retrieval - being in balance with the 4 elements & the qualities of the natural world She then focuses on the 3 refuges - settling body/speech/mind in their natural state, spending time deepening our understanding of these, followed by a short practice of them, and time for reflections from the community. ☀️ Well of Being happens every Wednesday at 7 pm PT at the SF Dharma Collective - https://sfdharmacollective.org/events.... Join us at 2929 24th Street in San Francisco OR online. ☀️ Eve is currently teaching from Tenzin Wangyal Rinpoche's book "The True Source of Healing" ☀️ Eve Ekman, MSW, PhD, is the director of training at the Greater Good Science Center.
