San Francisco Golden Gate Bridge, Bay Bridge drone footage with Joan Baez singing Diamond & Rust ❤️

This is one of my most favorite melodies and lyrics by Joan Baez. I also think it pairs beautifully with my drone footage of the Golden Gate Bridge and the many iconic landmarks surrounding it. These scenes were captured from Cavallo Point in Sausalito, the Marin Headlands, Alameda, Tiburon, and throughout San Francisco, including the Palace of Fine Arts, the Legion of Honor, the Transamerica Building, and Coit Tower. I’ve admired Bob Dylan’s poetic brilliance for many years. And I’ve always been deeply moved by Joan Baez, her voice, her activism, her courage, and especially her timeless masterpiece “Diamonds and Rust.” Few songs capture love, memory, and reflection the way this one does. Joan has always stood for peace, justice, and human dignity, and she continues to inspire generations. Way to go, Joan Baez! This video brings together the emotional depth of the song with sweeping aerial views of some of the most breathtaking places in Northern California: the Golden Gate Bridge, San Francisco Bay, Cavallo Point, Sausalito, the Palace of Fine Arts, the Legion of Honor, Coit Tower, the Transamerica Building, Tiburon, and parts of Alameda.
