Martina and Mike are a young couple who recently moved to Umbria, in the municipality of Nocera Umbra. They took this unfinished house at 800 meters above sea level, with no utilities, and are renovating it, making it off-grid (there's no mains water here, nor even affordable electricity). "We live here, without a bathroom or other modern conveniences, slowly building rooms and everything else. It's a long journey and it takes a lot of willpower and trust...
