(BIG) DIY PVC Roller Bearing Boat Lift!
After building a mini electric boat I wanted to be able to store it on a small floating dock. The boat weighs around 120 pounds with the batteries and motor attached and was a bit heavy for one person to heft up a steep hill. This DIY PVC bearing works extremely well, is cheap, and can be customized to different lengths. I saw a guy on Instructables that did a similar bearing: http://www.instructables.com/id/Hardw... And a YouTube build: • DIY Huge Underwater Roller bearing! PVC. The boat kit: rapidwhale.com Thanks for taking a look!
