3-2-1 Ribs vom El Fuego Portland // Vergleich Metzger vs Discounter Ribs

Hey everyone! Today I christened my Portland grill. Of course, I made ribs using the 3-2-1 method. I originally planned to use the ribs from the butcher, but then I spontaneously went to the supermarket and bought some "ready-made" ribs just to have a comparison.
