Silent Hill 3 10 Star Rank in 1h 03m 43s

Timed using in game time (IGT). Ran on the PC version. This run was completed offline as it was done before I sorted out some stability issues (back on the 12th of May). It is by no means perfect or even mistake free and there are some optimisations left out. I have had my fill of this game (for the foreseeable future) after routing this and doing some runs so consider this a blueprint for someone who wants to further optimise the time.
