Metra 189 West Berwyn, Illinois 5/22/26 (New crossing Signal Installation)

Metra 189 makes a stop heading westbound at the Berwyn Metra station of Berwyn Illinois on May 20th The Grove Avenue crossing and all of the surrounding crossings in Berwyn have been under a wave of modernization as of late spring and into the summer of 2026. With replacements of gate mechanisms, lights and bells happening here. The north facing road signal had been replaced I believe only 2 weeks prior to filming. But I hope you enjoy the content!
