El detenido por la muerte de su madre y su hermano pasa a disposición judicial

Murcia, March 30 (EFE) - The detainee investigated for the double murder in Las Torres de Cotillas (Murcia) last Tuesday, the 56-year-old son of one victim and the 23-year-old brother of the other, was brought before a court this morning in Molina de Segura, where he was transferred from the Civil Guard Headquarters.   He entered the courthouse handcuffed and uncovered, where his lawyer, Luis Santos, who has been representing him since his arrest on Tuesday, was waiting for him. Therefore, the 72-hour legal deadline for his return to court has expired. During this period, he was transferred from the armed forces barracks in Las Torres to the central command post in the regional capital.   The statement of Iván, 27, was postponed for a day due to the great disturbance he experienced during his arrest. He went to the Torreño police station early this morning to report that he had found his mother and brother dead in his home. He was then postponed for a second day, following the recommendation of his lawyer. He was finally questioned by the Civil Guard yesterday.
