KZN officials charged over tender irregularities
The KwaZulu-Natal Department of Public Works has laid criminal charges against a former supply chain management director and three senior officials. An investigation, launched in September last year, uncovered serious irregularities in the awarding of 29 tenders worth over R1.1 billion.
