UPSC New Rule: Bihar's administrative system may see major changes in the next few years. According to the social pattern for the 2025 batch of IAS officers released by the Department of Personnel and Training (DoPT) of the Government of India, the number of Insider (Home State) vacancies for the General (EWS/Unreserved) and OBC categories in the Bihar cadre has been reduced to zero.
