Resep lengkap bagaimana cara membuat Ayam Gulung Keju Ojju dapat dilihat di bawah: Bahan: 10 buah sayap ayam 2 pack keju mozarella 75 g jagung pipil, rebus/kukus 3 sdm acar jalapeno ¼ sdt kayu manis ½ sdt pala bubuk 2 sdm bawang putih bubuk 1 ½ sdm chilli powder garam secukupnya lada secukupnya 2 butir telur 1 sdm gochujang 2 sdm barbecue sauce Adonan Lapis Kering: 8 sdm tepung protein tinggi 1 sdm maizena garam secukupnya lada secukupnya Cara Membuat: 1. Bumbui sayap ayam dengan pala, bawang putih, lada, garam dan kayu manis. 2. Panaskan minyak. Lapisi ayam yang sudah di bumbui dengan telur yang sudah dikocok lepas, lalu lapisi kembali dengan bahan kering. 3. Goreng ayam hingga matang dan renyah. 4. Oles Ayam Goreng tepung dengan campuran gochujang dan saus barbecue. 5. Siapkan hot plate. Letakkan parutan/potongan mozarella diatas hot plate dan jagung pipil di atasnya, tambahkan acar jalapeno lalu susun ayam diatasnya. 6. Panaskan hot plate di atas kompor dengan api kecil-sedang hingga keju meleleh lalu gulung keju pada potongan ayam.
