First Person with George Pick, June 13, 2019
Through the First Person program, Holocaust survivors have the opportunity to share their remarkable personal stories of hope, tragedy, and survival with thousands of visitors at the Museum. This program was recorded on June 7, 2019. It features George Pick, who was born in Budapest, Hungary, in 1934. George and his family spent time in hiding before they were sent to the Budapest ghetto. In January 1945, they were liberated by the Red Army.
