La Direttiva EPBD “Casa Green”

The fifth event of the FIMAA Forma 2026 program took place on Friday, May 22, 2026, with the event titled "The Green Home Directive (EPBD)." It was an opportunity to discuss the next regulatory steps, the effects on the real estate market, and how to make existing buildings "green" with Andrea Maria Felici, Director General of the Directorate General for Energy Demand and Efficiency (DEE) of the Ministry of the Environment and Energy Security, and Giulio Ciccone, CEO & Founder of GR Trading SA. The event's guest was Luca Del Guasta, President of FIMAA Genoa. The meeting was moderated by Maurizio Iori and Pasquale Pennisi.
