Assumptions filled my head that this was mostly a true story. I kept wondering if I could ever get these two together again would they do a live video? Dylan explained that this was inspired by a conversation he had with Tanya Tucker about Glen Campbell. Two country mega icons who were together for sometime. According to Tanya after Campbell’s death, he was the one who got away. “Time just exposed the fact that he was my true love,” said Tucker.
