Daoyin (Qigong) series for spinal health
This series of 4 daoyin/qigong exercises are derived from the Taoist traditions of China's Hua Mountains. They originally form a part of a complete system aimed at maintaining youth & vitality. Here i've selected four movements that I find are excellent for spinal mobility, they cover the vertical, horizontal and figure 8 (multi-dimensional) planes.
