Model is: Racal BCC-543 and it is called Tuning Unit , Automatic antenna matching (TUAAM). By design it could be used on any FM radio in range, just need to supply RF and 24V for ATU. Initiator box - it's a device allowing You to see state of ATU and control it's operation.
